When orders are placed through the portal, we collect the recipient's name and delivery address for fulfilment purposes. This information is used only to deliver the gift and is not retained beyond what is needed for that purpose.

We also collect standard technical data through our website — things like the pages you visit, how long you spend on them, and the device or browser you are using. This is collected anonymously via analytics tools and is used only to understand how the site is being used and to improve it.

Our services

gugu provides corporate baby gifting services to companies, including the curation, personalisation, and delivery of gift boxes. Our services are provided subject to a separate agreement or proposal confirmed in writing between gugu and your organisation.

We work hard to fulfil orders accurately and on time. Delivery timescales are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including but not limited to weather, customs processes, and carrier delays. We will always communicate proactively if a delivery is likely to be significantly delayed.

Where products in a box are unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute them with items of equivalent or greater value. We will notify you of any significant substitutions before dispatch where this is possible.

Cancellations and changes: Order cancellations and changes can be made up to 48 hours before the scheduled dispatch date at no charge. After that point, we may not be able to accommodate changes, and cancellations may be subject to a fulfilment fee. Contact your account manager or email us as early as possible if plans change.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, images, the gugu name and logo, design elements, and the structure and layout of the site — belongs to gugu or is used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of this content without our written permission.

If you are a client using the HR portal, the custom-branded materials we create for your programme remain yours. We retain the right to reference our work with your company in general terms for marketing purposes unless you ask us in writing not to.

Liability

We take reasonable steps to ensure that our website is accurate and our services are delivered as described. However, we cannot guarantee that the website will always be available or error-free, and we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or reliance on the information it contains.

Our liability in connection with any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses including, but not limited to, loss of business, loss of revenue, or reputational damage.
