  • Final Sale: All purchases made through gugu are considered final.
  • No Returns: We do not accept returns on any of our gift sets or individual items.
  • No Exchanges: We are unable to offer exchanges for different items, colors, or sizes once an order has been processed.

Why This Policy Exists

Our products, including gifts, hand-knitted toys, premium muslin swaddles, and organic essentials, are often used in direct contact with newborns. To ensure every customer receives a brand-new, untouched, and perfectly hygienic gift, we cannot restock items once they have left our controlled environment.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Your satisfaction is our priority. In the rare event that you receive a damaged item or an incorrect order, please contact us immediately:

  • Inspection: Please inspect your order upon receipt.
  • Reporting: Contact us within 24 hours of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
